There will be no returns made for items bought with sale promotional codes online, all sales are final. All purchases made during a Pop-Up Promotion are final sale.
All returns and exchanges must be requested by email within 7 days of when you receive your item for website sales. The item can be exchanged for a different size or for an online web credit only. If you placed an order online and need a different size, email us within the 7 days to exchange sizes based on available stock.
For in-store sales, bring items back within 7 days from your purchase to receive an exchange or store credit only.
We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order is made you can exchange the items for a different size or receive Web Credit only. All sale items or anything bought on sale will be final sale.
We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. Items bought with store or web credit are final sale.
We offer a free return label for orders over $100. All orders under $100 will have to purchase return label themselves.
All returned items cannot be worn, or damaged in any way. Should your return item not arrive back to us within 15 days after confirmation, that being if the item is eligible for return, will no longer be accepted.
Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchases but will be refunded during processing. Online orders can take upwards of 24 hours to be processed. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.

Since there are 4 store locations, what is the best way to shop with Dsquared Clothing? How does the Online Store Work?
Each store location carries a variety of styles and brands. Each physical store will have their own separate brands that other locations may, or may not carry. The best way to shop with us is to follow along on our Instagram pages. Each location has their own Instagram where you can DM or Call to make purchases over the phone.
If you see something in store and want to guarantee your purchase, we highly recommend you reach out to that individual store. Otherwise, all online inventory is pulled and posted from all store locations allowing for optimal brand selection and allow you to shop at ease with all of our available items. Not all orders are guaranteed, and depend on in-store availability.
Is my order eligible for a return?
Your item is eligible for a return within 7 days from the time your order was delivered. It must not be damaged or washed and must be unworn with tags still attached.
How do I make a return?

If your item was purchased in-store, please contact the specific store by phone or in person for more information! If you purchased an item in store, it is completely separate from any order made online. Can I use my Online Credit in-store? Or swap my online item for an item in-store?
Our website is it's own entity. It is completely separate from our physical locations and therefore cannot allow credits to overlap. If you receive an Online Web Credit Code, it is only eligible online. If you have a Store Credit, it is only eligible in that specific store's location. If you are looking to make an exchange, it must be approved by our Online Store Manager to work out a specific plan between our stores and the customer.
How do I get, and use my Online Web Credit Code?
Once we receive your return by mail, we will contact you by email about your Online Web Credit Code. From here, each Code can be applied in the, "discount code," section at checkout. (More information is provided on the email you will receive after your return is accepted)
Does my Web Credit Code expire?
Your Web Credit Code never expires, and will automatically update its value based on your usage.
I haven't received my package in the mail, yet? Who should I contact about my order?
Due to COVID-19, the US Postal System has experienced increased circulations and delayed postage times. Our stores have daily pick-ups with USPS, and mail all orders made before 12pm, the day-of-purchase. If you are experiencing a delay in shipment, use this link to file for a missing package:
