Return Policy

ALL SHOES, JEWELRY, SWIM, PJ HARLOW, BAREFOOT DREAMS, BAGS/PURSES, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE  are FINAL SALE.

There will be no returns made for items bought with sale promotional codes online, all sales are final. All purchases made during a Pop-Up Promotion are final sale. 

 

All returns and exchanges must be requested by email within 7 days of when you receive your item for website sales. The item can be exchanged for a different size or for an online web credit only.  If you placed an order online and need a different size, email us within the 7 days to exchange sizes based on available stock. 

For in-store sales, bring items back within 7 days from your purchase to receive an exchange or store credit only.  

 

We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order is made you can exchange the items for a different size or receive Web Credit only.  All sale items or anything bought on sale will be final sale.
We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. Items bought with store or web credit are final sale.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not offer free return shipping labels.
 

All returned items cannot be worn, or damaged in any way. Should your return item not arrive back to us within 15 days after confirmation, that being if the item is eligible for return, will no longer be accepted.

 
 
Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchases but will be refunded during processing. Online orders can take upwards of 24 hours to be processed. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.
