Return Policy

 



ALL SHOES, JEWELRY, SWIM, BAREFOOT DREAMS, ACCESSORIES, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Purchases made from the website are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Requests must be made by email within 3 days of you receiving your item in the mail. 
  • If you placed an order online and need a different size, email us within the 3 days to exchange sizes based on available stock. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. 
  • We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order is made, you can exchange the items for a different size or receive Web Credit only.  Returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Email us at dsquaredweb@gmail.com for approval for your return. Your web credit is good from one year of issue date. 
  • All returned items cannot be worn, or damaged in any way. Should your return item not arrive back to us within 5 days after we approved the return, that being if the item is eligible for return, will no longer be accepted and you will not receive a credit.
  • Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store.
  • Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchases, but will be refunded during processing.
  • Online orders can take upwards of 48 hours to be processed. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen packages, once it leaves our warehouse it is the customers responsibility for the package if its damaged, lost or stolen.
  • If you return an item that was not approved, you will not receive a credit, and the item will be at the warehouse for you to pick up or pay to have mailed back.

If your item does not work, please email dsquaredweb@gmail.com to notify us on your intent to return. Must be within 3 days when the package arrived to your delivery address. 

 


IN-STORE PURCHASES

  •  Eligible items must be brought back to store within 7 days from your purchase to receive an exchange or store credit only.  All shoes, accessories, swim and sale items are final sale.
